Eva Louise King
September 10, 1935 ~ March 26, 2021 (age 85)
Eva Louise (Smith) King of Salado passed away on Friday, March 26, 2021, at the age of 85. Louise was born September 10, 1935, in Newport, AR.
She enjoyed working in the yard with her flowers and plants, canning and cooking and was a collector of many things.
Louise is preceded in death by her parents, Hughie and Eva Parker Smith; eleven brothers and sisters; one son, Donnie Lane King; and one grandson, James Clayton King.
She is survived by her husband, James J. King; three sons, James “Buddy” King, Boyce King, and Quinton King; one daughter, Charlotte Anderson; one sister, Peggy Engle; six grandchildren, Trasie Cervantes, Donnie Thomas King, Drew Anderson, Amber Holt, Rian Jewlianna King, and Phillip Spencer; four great-grandchildren, Clay Holt, Victoria Bales, Maria Cervantes, and Katelynn Edington; and one great-great-grandchild, Cameron Massey.
There will be a Visitation at Willis Funeral Service Monday, March 29, 2021, from 1-2 PM with a Graveside Service to follow at Johnstown Memorial Gardens in Amagon, AR.
The service will be officiated by David Howard with Keith Anderson, Drew Anderson, James “Buddy” King, Jamie Cervantes, Quinton King, and Amber Holt serving as Pallbearers and Phillip Spencer serving as an Honorary Pallbearer.
