PRAIRIE GROVE — Florence Evelyn Sumner, 76, a resident of Prairie Grove passed away Feb. 11, 2013, in Prairie Grove. She was born July 11, 1936, in Knoxville, Ark., the daughter of William and Mamie Elam Manning.

She retired as an inspector for the USDA.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Jack West, Leo Ray Smith and Jack Sumner; and two children, Jacklyn Sue and Jimmy Jack.

Survivors include two sons, Billy West of Lincoln and Nathan West and wife, Wendy of Prairie Grove; three daughters, Judy Thomas and husband, Roy of West Siloam Springs, Jody Snider and husband, David of Lincoln, and Sharon Kay Sipes and husband, Henry, also of Lincoln; one sister, Lillian Stormant of Van Buren; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, 2013, at Beaty Cemetery in Lincoln.

Pallbearers will be Landon West, Connor West, Dawson West, William Sipes, Sheldon Sipes and Jeremy Struble.
