Mrs. Laura Pope Alexander, age 91, died at the home of her son, W.A. Alexander, here Tuesday evening at 7 o'clock.
Mrs. Alexander was born Oct. 4, 1844, in Alabama.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Barnard Franklin at the Lockesburg cemetery Wednesday. Burial was made there under the direction of the Coffey Funeral Home of Idabel.
The deceased is survived by one son, W.A. Alexander of Broken Bow; one niece, Miss Ada Cheatham of Texarkana and five grandchildren, Percy, Albert, Sherrill, Loyd and Emma Alexander of Broken Bow.
