Charles David Howard of Bearden, AR went to his heavenly home on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at Ouachita County Medical Center.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Rose Howard; his brother, Winky Howard; and his son, Matt Cowles.
He is survived by his wife of 26 wonderful years, Brenda C. Howard; his father, Charles "Chuck" Howard; his sister, Brenda Strange, and Trudi Word (David); his daughters, Brooke Parker (Allan), Karri Billingsley (Devin); and son, Benjamin M. Cowles (Mary). He leaves behind fourteen grandchildren; five great grandchildren; four nieces; two nephews; and one special nephew who was always there to help him with anything, "Wesley".
The family will receive friends at Charles Howard's house at 163 Ouachita 583 in Bearden on Thursday and Friday from 5:00PM to 8:00PM and also on Sunday from 1:00PM until time of service at the funeral home. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday at Proctor Funeral Home.
