Lottie Davidson Tucker, 91, of Springdale and former longtime Arkadelphia resident, died Friday, March 4, 2016 in Springdale.
She was born April 15, 1924 in Black Springs, Arkansas, to William Z. and Izora Herring
Duke.
Lottie was devoted to the care of her family and was an active member of Baring Cross Missionary Baptist Church. She retired after many years in sales from JC Penney.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, Oscar “Harry” Davidson, Jr., James “Pete” Tucker; a son, Ken Davidson; five brothers, Burl Duke, Audie Duke, Arlie Duke, Hilmon Duke, Orville Duke; and three sisters, Myrtle Yarbrough, Mildred Hatcher and Lena Swindle.
She is survived by a son, Steve Davidson and wife Annett of Fayetteville; one sister, Pauline West of Malvern; four grandchildren, Mark Davidson of Fayetteville, Beth Davidson Burkhalter of Leticia, Columbia; Tina Cohee and Stacy Morgan both of Phoenix, Arizona; and nine great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, March 10, at the Glenwood Cemetery.
