Carlton Bruce Taylor of Camden, age 69, passed away Monday, April 21, 2014. He was born May 28, 1944 to David Fletcher and Verna May Hay Taylor.

He was preceded in death by his parents, David Fletcher and Verna Hay Taylor; brother, John Taylor; sisters, Rebecca Sue Taylor and Mary Elizabeth Venable.

He is survived by his wife and best friend of 39 years, Mary Jo Moseley Taylor; daughter, Beth Kinley and fiancé, Randy Morgan of Stephens, AR; son, Bruce Taylor and wife, Sherry of Camden, AR; grandchildren, Justin Creech, Tiffany Kinley, Leanna Taylor and John Taylor of all of Camden, AR; Taylor Creech and fiancée, Lindsey of Carlsbad, NM, D. J. Kinley and wife, Mary of Phoenix, AZ and Nikki Cavett and husband, Eric of Honolulu, Hawaii; four great grandchildren; and was anxiously awaiting the arrival of a fifth in October; and sister, Joyce Taylor Bettis of El Dorado, AR.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 Thursday, April 24, 2014 at Pleasant Ridge Assembly of God with burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Reverend Ernest McAdams and Mary Joe Taylor will officiate the services. Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at the funeral home. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
