Mrs. Winnie Wilhelm Huffman, a longtime Blytheville resident, died early this morning here.
A native of Newbern, Tenn., she moved to Blytheville in 1919.
She was the widow of Jake Huffman, planter and lumberman here many years ago.
A member of First Baptist Church, she had worked in the church's Sunday School for about 50 years.
She leaves three nephews and a niece (all of whom were reared in her home), Mrs. E. H. Brown, and Don E. Wilhelm of Memphis and Frank J. Huffman and Alvin Huffman, Jr., Blytheville;
A sister, Mrs. Ethel Sneed, Bridge City, Tex.;
And a brother, J. Paul Wilhelm, St. Louis.
Services will be in First Baptist Church at 3:30 p.m. tomorrow with Rev. Alvis Carpenter officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery. Cobb Funeral Home in charge.
