Delta Bell Chisum, age 36, passed from this life on January 17, 2011, at the Baptist Health Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Preceding her in death was her grandparents, Ermma Lee Alred and Nolan Alred.

She is survived by her husband Gerald of 17 years and three children; Kayla, age 16, JD, age 14, and Faith, age 11, her mother and father, Alice and Teddy McCoy, four brothers, Doug Brinkley, Dannie Brinkley, Donnie Brinkley, and Darain Brinkley, and several nieces, nephew, friends and relatives.

Delta was a resident of Marshall, Arkansas. She was a homemaker, a vessel of honor for the Lord and she touched lives of people she met. She loved the Lord and loved her church. Her hobbies included needlepoint and styling hair. She was a dedicated mother and wife. She sought to be in the will of God. She fought the battle of cancer to the best of her ability. Her heart was set on doing work for the kingdom of God. She desired to see people saved. Even through her sickness she still sought to see God's work accomplished.

Services for Delta will be 10:00 AM Friday, January 21, 2011 at Roller-Coffman Chapel. Visitation will be Thursday, January 20, 2011 from 6:00 till 8:00 PM at the Chapel. Burial will be in Marshall Memorial Gardens.
