Carolyn Jo Morrison was born April 18, 1949 to Eugene and Mary Jo (Cotton) Henry at Marshall, Arkansas. She left this life on September 12, 2013 at the age of 64 at her home.
On August 18, 1965, she married Archie Morrison. To this union two sons were born, Douglas Lee and Shane Archie. She was of the Baptist faith. Carolyn was a pawnbroker, retired factory worker and housewife. She loved fishing, gardening, riding her four-wheeler and being outdoors. She was a true Christian and faithful member of her church. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, Emily, Justus, Katelyn, Garrett, Hailynn and great grandson, Kaison.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
Her sons, Doug and wife Renita and Shane and wife Kristy, plus her grandchildren and great grandson, survive her. Also, brothers, Darrell Henry and wife Peggy of North Carolina and Calvin Henry and wife Kathy of Texas, a very special friend, Beverly Hester of Marshall and a host of nieces, nephews and many friends.
Arrangements are by Roller-Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall, Arkansas.
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, September 14, 2013 at Marshall Memorial Gardens in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Luther Branscum officiating. There will be no visitation.
Pallbearers will be Tyrel Henry, Adam Henry, Emily Mize, Justus Morrison, Katelyn Morrison and Garrett Morrison. Honorary pallbearers will be Beverly Hester, Hailynn Harcrow and Loretta Mize.
