Lillian Irene Wallis, age 87 of Marshall, Arkansas passed from this life on Wednesday, October 4th, 2017 at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She was born in Landis, Arkansas on February 6th, 1930 to Walker Clark and Lou Warren Clark.
Lillian was a member of the Walnut Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Landis. She worked at Flintrock Shirt Factory for several years and was an Avon Representative for 40 years. In earlier years she enjoyed fishing with her husband, Dorsey and her brother-in-law and his wife. Together, they shared many tall fishing tales. Lillian's presence in and around the Marshall community will be missed and friends and neighbors alike will have many wonderful memories of their time spent with her.
Survivors include one son, Tommy Wallis and wife Shirley of Flippin, Arkansas; grandchildren, Eric (Jenny) Wallis of Siloam Springs, Bryan (Jessica) Wallis of Morrilton and Jennifer (Brian) Ezzell of Spring, TX; six great grandchildren, Parker Wallis, Kyle Thomas, Nolan Wallis, Aaron Thomas, Remi Wallis and Caleb Wallis; siblings, Bonnie (Charles) McDaniel of Mt. Pleasant and Doug Clark of Little Rock; daughter-in-law, Kathy (Wallis) Harness of Cleveland, TX; and numerous other family and friends who will mourn her passing.
Lillian is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dorsey Wallis who died in 2004; two sons, Gary Wallis and Larry Kent ''Kenny'' Wallis; and siblings, Warren Clark, Fount Clark, J.D. Clark, Marie Lawrence and Jimmy Clark.
Funeral services for Lillian will be 2:30 PM Saturday, October 7th, 2017 at Roller-Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Gary Ragland officiating. Visitation will be at 1:30 PM preceding the service. Burial will be in Marshall Memorial Gardens.
