Juanita Howell was born December 25, 1943 in Waldo, Arkansas to the late Lillie Bell Lambert and Earnest Howell.
At an early age she accepted Christ as Lord and Savior. She united with St. James Baptist Church in Waldo. She later united with New Jerusalm Church of God In Christ in Magnolia, Arkansas where she served faithfully for over 20 years, under the leadership of Superintendent Herman Hayes.
She worked and served as the President of the Mother Board, Pastor's Aide President, Home Foreign Mission President, A Prayer Warrior, a member of the Board of Finance, Kitchen Committee, and a member of the Trustee Board. She remained a loyal and faithful member until her departure from this life.
She united in Holy Matrimony to Fred Calvin Moore on December 20, 1996. She worked as a Professional Cook at SAU, Town House, Best Western and Magnolia Manor.
Two sisters preceded her in death: Mittie Pearl Robinson and Visa Mae Wheeler; three brothers: LeRoy Bryant, Roosevelt Bryant and Mike Author Howell; one step-sister: Helen Fears and one step-son: Jackie Lynn Biddle.
On Saturday, February 23, 2013, Mother Juanita Moore gave her all to the Lord. She is now added to his great and blessed family in the world beyond our version (A place we call Heaven).
Because love is far greater than death, her love will continue to live on in the hearts of her husband: Fred Calvin Moore of McNeil, AR; (1) Daughter: Barbara (Jimmy) Wafer of Magnolia, AR; (2) Step-daughters: Bobbie Ann Miller and Etta Mae Biddle both of Dallas, TX; (1) son: Alvin Doss of Shreveport, LA; (1) step-son: Donnie Biddle of Magnolia, AR; (1) sister: Elizabeth Clayton of McNeil, AR; (1) step-sister: Ira Jean Young of Waldo, AR; (1) brother: Cleodis Howell of Cerritos, CA; (2) grandson: Chris Wafer and Derrick Biddle both of Dallas, TX; (4) granddaughters: Keairra Doss, Tanesha Lewis and Trina Green all of Magnolia, AR and TaKisha Biddle of Dallas, TX; (5) great grandchildren and a host of neices, nephews, other family and friends, and entire New Jerusalem Church Family. Her gift of encouragement and support will forever live in the hearts of all of the lives she touched and those who knew her.
