Mr. Noah Earl Lambert, age 85, of Chula, AR died Friday at his home. He was a retired mule skinner and logger. He was a member of the Muddy Creek Church of God. He was a World War II Veteran of the U. S. Marines.

He was preceded in death by, two daughters, Doris Imogene Lambert and Delitha Ilene Webb and by four brothers, Forrest, Burvin, Lonnie and Vernon Lambert.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lottie Lee Irons Lambert; two sons AB Clinton Lambert of Aly and Clyde Kenneth Lambert of Story; two daughters, Judy Ann Waggoner of Chula and Dortha Inez Solley of Ft. Smith and two sisters, Mary Elizabeth Finney and Henrietta McGill both of Farmersville, CA; 23 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services were October 18 at the Muddy Creek Church of God with Rev. Raze Minton officiating. Burial was in Reed Cemetery in Story, AR. Pallbearers were Kevin Lambert, James Lambert, Clifford Lambert, Jimmy Abernathy, Eddie Earl Webb, Vernon (Sonny) Lambert and Tommy Lambert. Arrangements by Cornwell Funeral Home of Danville.

Mrs. Lottie Lee Lambert, age 87, of Chula, AR died Tuesday, November 3, 1998. She was born August 8, 1911 in Crystal Springs, AR to the late Thomas and Virginia Johnson Irons. She was a homemaker and mother and a member of the Muddy Creek Church of God.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Noah Lambert; two daughters, Doris Imogene Lambert and Delitha Ilene Webb.

Survivors are two sons and daughters-in-law, Clyde and Fannie Lambert of Story, AR and AB Clenton and Willa Dean Lambert of Aly, AR; two daughters and sons-in-law, Dorthy Inez and Harold Solley of Ft. Smith, AR and Judy and Wayne Waggoner of Chula, AR; a sister, Lurie Humphery of McGhee, AR; 23 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Service was November 5 at Muddy Creek Church of God with Rev. Roger Harper officiating. Burial was in Muddy Creek Cemetery by Cornwell Funeral Home of Danville, AR. Pallbearers were Tommy Lambert, Billy Lambert, Kenneth Lambert, Clifford Lambert, James Lambert, Keith Solley, Jimmy Abernathy, Mark Meyers and Michael Stokes. Honorary grandsons and great-grandsons.
