J. N. Robertson Dies Yesterday
Retired Farmer, 88, Long-Time Resident Of This Section
James Nathaniel Robertson, retired farmer, died yesterday afternoon at the home of a son, Jack Robertson in Pride subdivision. He was, 88.
Born Oct. 21, 1857, near Paragould, he came to this section 73 years ago and since has resided here. In ill health several years, he died at 2:10 p.m.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at Lake Street Methodist Church by the Rev. Bates Sturdy, pastor, at 3 o'clock with burial at Elmwood Cemetery with Masonic rite. Besides his son, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Sallie Needham, also of Blytheville, 21 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren
Pallbearers will be J. W. Maloney, Leslie Moore, Silas Needham, Arthur Brittain, Thomas Brittain and Jim Fields. Cobb Funeral Home is in charge.

Mrs. J. N. Robertson Dies At Age Of 68
Mrs. Louell Robertson, wife of James N. Robertson, died suddenly Saturday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles Needham. She was 68.
Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon at Cobb Funeral Home by George W. Patterson, pastor of First Christian church, with burial In Elmwood Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were these nephews and grandsons: Jack Robertson, Charles Robertson, George Robertson, Jim Robertson, Garland Needham. Wess Carl Richardson, Dewey Leath and John Riley. Honorary pallbearers were - Henry Duncan, Vestal Brooks, Tom Britton, Silas Needham, Arthur Britton, Claude Duncan and Glen Alexander.
Born in this section where she has always lived. Mrs. Robertson was widely known, with most of her friends calling her "Aunt Louell."
Besides her husband she is survived by one son, Jack Robertson.
