Mrs. Needham Rites Today
Mrs. Sarah Jane Needham, 71, longtime resident of Blytheville until she moved some six years ago, were conducted at 2 p.m. today at Church of Christ by Dudley Ross Spears.
Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery, Cobb Funeral Home in charge.
Mrs. Needham died Friday in Oklahoma City.
She was a member of the Church of Christ and the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. J. N. Robertson, pioneer residents of Mississippi County.
She was married to H. W. Richardson, who died in 1929.
She subsequently married Charles Needham, who died in 1945.
She leaves five daughters, Mrs. P. K. Harris, Jr., Wichita, Kans., Mrs. W. T. Dotts, Oklahoma City, Mrs. E. H. Ferguson, Mrs. Erby Hodge and Mrs. Hiram Austin, all of Blytheville; Three sons, H. T. Richardson, Blytheville, Leslie Richardson, Drasco, Ark., W. C. Richardson Wichita; Nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Jack Robertson, Erby Hodge, Hiram Austin, Jimmy Austin, Gene Austin and Lealon Hodge.
