Mrs. Janice S. Dixon, age 74 of Mountain Home passed away Thursday, September 17, 2015 in Salem. She was born July 23, 1941 in Oakland, Arkansas to Samuel R. Plumlee and Elsie Sisney Plumlee. She attended Three Brothers Baptist Church. Janice enjoyed music and dancing, crocheting, cooking and spending quality time with her sisters on the telephone.
She is survived by 2 sisters: Christine Plumlee of Mountain Home and Brenda (Jerald) Marberry of Flippin; 2 brothers: Bill Plumlee of Neosho, MO and Sonny Plumlee of Las Vegas, NV and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Wilma Balentine.
Visitation will be from 1 until 2 PM Sunday, September 20, 2015 at Roller Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 2 PM at Roller. Interment will follow in Oakland Cemetery, Oakland, Arkansas.
Arrangements are by Roller Funeral Home.
