Myrtis Sue Ables, age 80 of Hampton died Monday, March 23, 2020 at Medical Center of South Arkansas in El Dorado. She was born April 12, 1939 in Warren, Arkansas. She was a member of Hampton First Assembly of God. She is preceded in death by her parents, John Lawrence Bradford and Eva Mae Herring Bradford; one son, Johnny Dale Ables; three brothers and four sisters. She is survived by John Ables of Hampton; three sons, Randy (Angie) Ables of Hampton, Ronnie (Becky) Ables of Hampton, Tim (Anita) Ables of Kilgore, TX; one brother, Johnny Bradford of Fordyce; two sisters, Peggy Sullivent of Hampton, Vickie Deal of El Dorado; ten grandchildren, Cody Ables of Hampton, Wesley Ables of El Dorado, Jessica Alanis of Conway, Linley Riedmueller of Conway, Thomas Ivy, Jonathan Ivy, Chelsie Ables all of Kilgore, TX, Adam Jones of Fordyce, Jim Jones of Chicago, and Matt Holloway of Hampton; and thirteen great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hampton First Assembly of God 248 6th Street, Hampton, AR 71744. Visitation will be Wednesday 10:30 am until 11:00 am at Moore’s Chapel Cemetery near Hampton. Graveside services will follow at 11:00 am with Rev. Jerry Ables and Rev. Rickey Smith officiating. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
