GENTRY, Ark. — Services for Mrs. Mary Helen Howdershell, 71, Gentry, who died at 11:35 p.m. Thursday at Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital following a short illness, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs.
Richard Gary Carlson will officiate. Burial will be in Bozarth Cemetery, near Gentry.
Mrs. Howdershell was born Oct. 16, 1902, in the State of Ohio. She had lived in Gentry the last 38 years, moving here from western Oklahoma. She was a member of the Methodist church.
Surviving are her husband, Henry Howdershell; three daughters, Mrs. Wanda Carlson, Decatur, Mrs. Rosella Evans and Mrs. Louise Ford, both of Gentry; three brothers, Leonard Jackson, Decatur, Clifton Jackson, Hooker, Okla., and Vernon Jackson, Medford, Ore.; two sisters, Mrs. Edith Keef, Newcastle, Okla., and Mrs. Viola Donaldson, Jackson, Miss.; 11 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
