Mr. Harry Coleman, 66, died Sunday, July 21, 1996, at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Blytheville, Ark. Born in Boyle, Miss., he had been a Blytheville resident for most of his life. A retired barber, Mr. Coleman owned Harry's Barber Shop. He was a member of Beacon Baptist Church, as well as a Mason. Mr. Coleman leaves his wife, Mrs. Mae Ayers Coleman, of Blytheville; Two daughters , of Trumann, Ark., and Dena Cathey, of Blytheville; One brother, James Aubrey Coleman of Blytheville; Two sisters: Inez Pruett, of Blytheville, and Betty Smith of Council Bluffs, Iowa; and Two grandchildren: Sarah Waddle, of Trumann, Ark., and Will Cathey of Blytheville.
Funeral services were held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 24, 1996, in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel in Blytheville.
Burial was at Elmwood Cemetery in Blytheville, with Cobb Funeral Home of Blytheville in charge.

Exer Mae Coleman, 81, of Blytheville, passed away Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Stonebridge Assisted Living in Blytheville.
Mae was born in Ashdown, Arkansas to Leonard and Dennie (Ford) Ayers. She was a retired medical records clerk at Baptist Memorial Hospital and was a member of Beacon Baptist Church. Mae was an avid reader and loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Coleman; and two sisters, Thelma Wooldridge and Diane Black.
Mae leaves two daughters, Harriett Waddle and her husband Ronnie of Marion and Dena Cathey of Springfield, Missouri; three brothers, Teddy Ayers of Ashdown, Arkansas, Eddie Ayers of Langley, Arkansas, and Buddy Ayers of Chattanooga, Tennessee; five sisters, Ruby Hinton of Ashdown, Arkansas, Lois Wooldridge of Commerce, Texas, Carolyn Myers of Ashdown, Arkansas, Millie Coleman of Brookland, Arkansas, and Geri Ayers of Las Cruces, New Mexico; three grandchildren, Sarah Lucas of Marion, and Will and Hannah Cathey of Springfield, Missouri; and two great-grandchildren, Jayden and Caleb Lucas.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 10th at 10:30 a.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Eddie Ayers, Mr. Teddy Ayers, and Mr. Buddy Ayers officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until service time at Cobb Funeral Home.
