Mary Edythe Mason, 80, of Rogers, passed away August 19, in her home, surrounded by family. She was born June 3, 1940, in Brutus, Mich., to Ivan and Edith Sanford.

Mary had lived in Northwest Arkansas for 25 years after moving from Diamond City, Ark. She retired as Financial Director for the City of Lowell. She enjoyed playing the piano, singing, playing cards, doing puzzles, and sewing. She was faithful in her church. She loved her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her cat, Izzy.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, and two children, Dale and Jodi.

Survivors include five children: Kim Harris (Bryan) of Michigan, Tonya Duran (Rick) of Rogers, Scott Smith (Tanya) of Eureka Springs, Jill Risley (Stan) of Mountain Home, and Paula Cain (Brad) of Lead Hill. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be Saturday, August 22, 2020, at 10 a.m., with the funeral service following at 11 a.m., at the New Hope Assembly of God in Rogers. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Rogers. Arrangements by Epting Funeral Home of Bentonville. Condolences: www.eptingfuneralhome.webs.com
