Samuel Calvin Davis, 64, of Bethesda died Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, in a Batesville hospital.
Born May 5, 1946, he was the son of Samuel Alvin and Nellie Davis. He worked for the Highway Department and was of the Church of God faith.
Survivors include his wife, Frances Davis; two stepsons, Allen Smith and Ray Smith, both of Bradford; a stepdaughter, Karen Smith of Bradford; and two step-grandchildren, Brandon Smith and Rebekka Smith.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Oakland Cemetery in Bradford with Floyd Medlock officiating. Arrangements are by Willis Funeral Service in Batesville.
