Daisy Ann Payne, 79, of Hernando, Mississippi and formerly of Blytheville, passed away Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Methodist Hospital in Olive Branch, Mississippi.
Daisy was born in Blytheville to Mayo and Dorothy McDermott and was a member of Main and 13th Street Church of Christ. Daisy loved children and was the owner/operator of Payne's Daycare and Kindergarten. For many years, she volunteered in the Blytheville community and she was also active in the American Red Cross. Daisy had a big heart and would volunteer wherever she could help.
She was preceded in death by her husband Bobby Payne; son, Glenn Payne; and four brothers, Phillip, Don, Cleo, and Carroll McDermott.
Daisy leaves her daughter, Debra Revell and her husband Tim of Hernando, Mississippi; and one granddaughter, Cassie Revell.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 6th at 11:00 a.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time at Cobb Funeral Home.
