Clara Irene Jones, 85 year old resident of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, died March 13, 2015 at her home. Born May 11, 1929 in Delaware County, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Aaron Summers and Stella Cockrell Summers. Clara was a longtime resident of Decatur, Arkansas, before moving to Siloam Springs. She was a retired school teacher from Colcord Schools and Liberty Baptist School in Siloam Springs. She was a member of Countryside Bible Church in Colcord, Oklahoma.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters.

She is survived by one daughter, Charla Weeks and husband George of Centerton, Arkansas; two sons, Earl Jones and wife Rhonda of Siloam Springs, and Eddie Jones and wife Diana of West Siloam Springs, Oklahoma; ten grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at Countryside Bible Church, Colcord, Oklahoma with Pastor Logan Shelley officiating. Burial will follow at Dickson Cemetery, Cherokee City, Arkansas. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at Countryside Bible Church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Gideons International, P.O. Box 273, Siloam Springs, AR 72761 or to the charity of your choice.
