Sharon Ann (Horn) Smith, 72, of Waldo, AR passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at her residence.
Sharon was born August 23, 1947 in Waldo, AR to the late William Thomas “Bill” and Sedell (King) Horn. She was an assistant office manager for the Magnolia Municipal Water Department and retired after 25 years and was a member of the Shiloh Union Baptist Church in Buckner.
Sharon was a wonderful homemaker and immaculate housekeeper, a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed working in her yard and in her flower beds and loved her pets.
Sharon is survived by her husband Steven Smith, Sr. of Waldo; children Tonia Sprayberry and husband Darrell, Stacia Huffman and husband Steve of Waldo, Brian Edington and wife Sonya of Stamps, Jill Griffin and husband Jim of Queen City, AZ; grandchildren Tyler Sprayberry of Hot Springs, Taylor Sprayberry and wife Madison of Waldo, Courtnie Huffman, Haley Huffman, Callie Huffman, Hudson Huffman of Waldo, A.J. Erwin and wife Courtney, Tiffany Erwin of Stamps, Shaley Leib and husband Brett of San Tan Valley, AZ; great grandsons Elliott Leib of San Tan Valley, AZ and Axton Erwin of Stamps; step sons Steven Smith, Jr. and wife Dusty of Jonesboro, Brian Smith and wife Christy of Stamps, Brad Smith and wife Blonnie of Woodward, OK; step grandchildren Matthew Smith of Texas, Rebecca Smith of Little Rock, Luke Smith, Cassidy Smith, Ethan Smith, Sally Smith of Jonesboro; step-great grandchildren Cody Smith, Brianna Smith, Aaron Smith, and Adam Smith.
A private family graveside service will be held on Friday, June 26, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Shiloh Union Cemetery in Buckner with Bro. Larry Linam and Bro. Miles Evans officiating under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. in Magnolia. Viewing and signing of the guest book will be Thursday, June 25 from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Easter seals or to the Breast Cancer Foundation/Susan G. Komen.
