Gloria Stovesand Rittman Pettigrew of Jacksonville passed away October 12, 2011. She was born December 14, 1930, in Stuttgart to Edwin and Doris Stovesand. She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husbands, Fred W. Rittman and Paul F. Pettigrew. Survivors are her daughter, Terry Snyder of Jacksonville; granddaughter, Kelsey Victory (Ronnie) of North Little Rock; great-grandson, Johnny Victory of North Little Rock; two brothers, Ed Stovesand and Milton Stovesand (Hallie) of Stuttgart; sister-in-law, Allene Lammers of Stuttgart; and many nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
A casual graveside service, officiated by Pastor Kevin Congers, is 11 a.m., Friday at Lone Tree Cemetery chapel in Stuttgart. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Hope Lutheran Church. In lieu of flowers, please make memorials to Arkansas Hospice, Susan B. Komen or the American Cancer Society.
