When John Harry Crawford and his twin brother Charles Henry were born on February 26, 1897, in Oakland, Illinois, their father, John, was 22, and their mother, Lauretta, was 23. He had one son with Lois in 1920. He died on February 13, 1945, in Stuttgart, Arkansas, at the age of 47.
