When Dibrell Alphus WASHBURN was born on July 7, 1904, in Arkansas, his father, Robert, was 24 and his mother, Mary, was 18. He married Willie OLIVER on September 24, 1925. He then married Esther Mary WALKER and they had three children together. He died on May 14, 1979, in Beebe, Arkansas, at the age of 74, and was buried in Pleasant Grove, Arkansas.

Esther Mary WALKER was born on March 22, 1905, in Arkansas. She married Dibrell Alphus WASHBURN on November 29, 1928, in Coffey, Arkansas. They had three children during their marriage. She died on May 19, 1987, at the age of 82, and was buried in Pleasant Grove, Arkansas.
