Jeanette Birdsong, 92, of East Camden, died Sunday, October 28, 2018. She was born November 18, 1925, in Shiloh (Cleburne County), the first child of Guy Brady and Lucy Fox Brady. She was a retired employee of Masterson Jacket Factory and she was a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Birdsong; a granddaughter, Kim Wilson; three sisters, Lucille Birdsong, Ruth Hall and Wanda Deeds. She is survived by three daughters, Dianne Carter (James), Sharon Longino (Don), and Connie Garcia (Ricky) all of Camden; two grandsons; Chuck Noah of Searcy and Chris Garcia of Camden; two granddaughters Angie Gosvenor of Vernon, Alabama and Janet Carter Moseley of Camden; five great-grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren; one brother, Guy Brady, Jr. of Spring, Texas, and one sister, Emma Jones of Mountain Home.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Proctor Funeral Home with Bro. Jackie Billingsley officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will begin Wednesday at noon.

The family would like to thank the staff of Ouachita Nursing and Rehab and the Hospice staff for their care during Mrs. Birdsong's illness. We also want to thank the sitters who watched over her, gave her help and who were wonderful companions; Linda Hill, Rebecca Mosley, Kiara Elliott, Ann Bearden, Malinda Chance, Marian Sams and Linda Jones
