Pauline McIntosh Rentfro, 94, of Texarkana, AR, died Friday, February 10, 2017, at her home. She was born October 23, 1922, in Ashdown, Arkansas.
She was a retired RN from Wadley Regional Medical Center and a member of Hardy Memorial United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, William Lloyd McIntosh and her second husband, Oliver Rentfro.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Theresa and Barry Head of Texarkana, AR; one son and daughter-in-law, Don and Regina McIntosh of Texarkana, TX; 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and a number of special nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, February 13, 2017, at Memorial Gardens Cemetery with the Rev. Andy Hughes officiating.
