A Graveside Service for Shirley J. Cooper Brough of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Saturday, September 13, 2014, at Mountain Home Cemetery, with Dr. Terry Moser officiating.
Shirley passed away September 6 2014 in Mountain Home AR at the age of 74. She was born February 9 1940 in Rushville IL, the daughter of Howard and Thelma Settles Cooper. Shirley lived in Mountain Home since 1977, moving from Rockford IL. She was of the Methodist faith.
Shirley was kind spirited gentle and loving, especially to her nephew Brett Cooper, aka "The Kid".
Shirley is survived by her brother James Paul Cooper of Rockford IL; sister-in-law Bonnie Jean Cooper of Mountain Home AR; nephew, Brett (Paula) Cooper of Mountain Home AR, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, significant other of 35 years; Carl Foster, brother Bob Cooper; sister Howardeane Leather.
Memorial donations may be made to Parkinson's Association.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
