When Pauline Delores Reaper was born on July 11, 1931, in Pangburn, Arkansas, her father, Willis, was 24, and her mother, Pearl, was 24. She married Hubert Ot Higgs on December 24, 1948. They had two children during their marriage. She died on April 12, 1998, in Searcy, Arkansas, at the age of 66, and was buried there.
