ROGERS — Gary Dean Reinboth, 76, of Rogers, Ark., passed away Sunday, Jan. 4, 2015. He was born Jan. 10, 1938, in Deshler, Neb., to Carl and Laura Reinboth.
Gary was hired by Sam Walton and worked with Walmart for over 20 years. He was very passionate about his job and the people that made Walmart a success. At the time of his retirement he was regional vice president.
He was a member of Central United Methodist Church for many years.
Living on the 11th hole at Pinnacle Country Club, he was happiest sitting on his back porch visiting and sharing a glass of wine with the golfers that stopped by to swap stories, to talk about the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team or anything the Razorbacks were doing. It was very clear to everyone that knew Gary that his greatest joy was his wife, Lois, his two children and his wonderful grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Adella Siebenniecher and Oliva Cabrerra; and brothers, Bill Reinboth, Ev Reinboth and Pete Reinboth.
Gary is survived by his precious wife of 54 years, Lois Robinson Reinboth; son, Scott Reinboth and his husband, David Shelfo, of New Hope, Pa.; daughter, Stephanie Reinboth and her husband, Jeff Lynch, of East Hampton, N.Y.; grandchildren, Basil Lynch of San Diego, Calif, Gage Lynch, Sutton Lynch and Scout Lynch, all of East Hampton, N.Y.; sisters, Lucille Hofts of Deshler, Neb., and Opal Hoage of Lincoln, Neb.; brother, Don Reinboth of Bruning, Neb.; and many dear friends.
Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015, at Central United Methodist Church in Rogers, with the Rev. Carness Vaughn officiating.
Private burial will be in Pinnacle Memorial Gardens.
Out of Gary's great love for his wife, Lois, and in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the local Alzheimer's Association in Gary's name. Donations can be sent to 210 N. Walton Blvd. #25, Bentonville, AR 72712.
Lois, Scott and Stephanie want to thank Gary's loving community of friends and family for their outpouring of support. We all loved Gary deeply.

ROGERS — Lois Kathleen Reinboth, 82, of Rogers, Ark., passed away peacefully Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016, at home surrounded by her family.
She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Gary. Lois grew up in the close-knit farming community of Silver Creek, Iowa. She was the last of seven siblings and her parents Sara and Milton Robinson.
Lois and Gary were married in 1961 and had two children, Scott and Stephanie. The family quickly began a journey with Walmart that led them through the Ozarks. In each of these communities Lois volunteered with local children's charities. She also took great pride in creating a warm welcoming home that she loved sharing with friends and family.
In 1977, Gary and Lois moved to Rogers.
In the early 1990s Lois and Gary became one of the first residents of Pinnacle and they enjoyed Pinnacle life ever since! They were also long time members of Central United Methodist Church which was the center of their spiritual lives. Lois was a member of the Alpha Nu Social Sorority where she was active for many years.
She cherished the volunteer work and friendships she made.
Lois was a proud mother to Scott Reinboth and his husband, David Shelfo, of New Hope, Penn., and Stephanie Reinboth Lynch and her husband, Jeff Lynch, of East Hampton, N.Y. She was also a loving Grandmother to Basil Lynch, of San Diego, Calif., Gage Lynch, Sutton Lynch and Scout Lynch, of East Hampton, N.Y.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to The Silver Creek Memorial Fund, c/o Scott Reinboth and Stephanie Reinboth Lynch, 21 Razorback Road, Rogers, Ark., 72758, Silver Creek is the country church, cemetery and community center of Lois's family for generations!
