Leethey M. Hudson, 79, of El Dorado, died Thursday, May 30, 2002, at Medical Center of South Arkansas after a lengthy illness.
She was born Oct. 2, 1922, in Jacinto, the daughter of Benjamin and Beatrice Watson Johnson. She was a homemaker and a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Camden. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, J.P. Hudson, and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include two sons, Ben Hudson of Shreveport, La., and Jim Hudson of El Dorado; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Duane Amis officiating. Burial will be in Holly Springs Cemetery in Holly Springs under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home.
