Peggy S. Chamberlain, age 76, of Malvern passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2016. She was born August 25, 1940, in Ashdown, the daughter of Louis and Esther McClure Pate. Peggy retired from Kohler. She was a former Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star and was a member of Gospel Lighthouse Church. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Wayne “Buck” Chamberlain; sister, Shirley Richardson and brother, Charles Pate.
Survivors, son, Doyle “Hank” Chamberlain (Shana) of Nashville, Tennessee; daughter, Debra Wallace (Scott) of Malvern; brother, David Pate (Brenda) of Lake Charles, Louisiana; sisters, Mary Hearnsberger of Farmerville, Louisiana, Joyce Dees (Earl) of Kingsland, Arkansas; grandchildren, Savana Chamberlain, Jay Wallace, Brad Wallace and Mitchell Wallace and three great-grandchildren, Lane Wallace, Kassie Wallace and Layton Wallace.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, September 10 at 10:00am at Holly Springs Cemetery in Holly Springs, Arkansas.
Cremation arrangements are by Regency Funeral Home. You may sign the guest book at regencyfuneralhome.com.
