Courtney Rachelle Benningfield Groves, 21, of Bentonville passed away June 18, 2008, in Cave Springs.
She was born Sept. 30, 1986, in Fayetteville.
She was a graduate of Shiloh Christian High School and a business school graduate of the University of Arkansas. She enjoyed walking by the creek with her dogs, fishing, baking and cooking. She was a member of the Church at Pinnacle Hills, where she served on the Baptismal Team. She was an avid supporter and volunteer of the HOPE Foundation. She will be remembered for her love of Jesus Christ, her servant's heart and her unforgettable laugh.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Tony Leto, her grandmother, Marvel Naomi Benningfield, her grandparents, Robert and Juanita Barrett, and her father-in-law, Sid Groves.
She is survived by her husband, Matt Groves of Bentonville; her father, Charles Benningfield and wife Christine of Bentonville; her mother, Teresa Benningfield of Bentonville; two sisters, Ashley Benningfield of Bentonville and Brooke Hernandez and husband David of Bentonville; two stepbrothers, Creed Fulton of Rogers and Jordan Fulton of Rogers; a stepsister, Katey Fulton of Bentonville; her mother-in-law, Kathy Farrar; her father-in-law, Bruce Farrar; her brother-in-law, John Farrar; three sisters-in-law, Josie Farrar, Susannah Farrar and Sarah Burns; and her grandparents, Nancy Leto of Springdale, Carol Groves of Johnson, Richard and Margo Mason of Rogers and Margaret and Joe Gaston of Bentonville.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 21, at the Church at Pinnacle Hills in Rogers with Dr. Ronnie Floyd and Mike Daniels officiating.
Arrangements are by Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.
