Benita Kathryn Sisson, 48, of Hampton died Thursday June 29, 2017 at Life Touch Hospice in El Dorado. She was born April 10, 1969. She was a Lead Inspector for Aerojet. She was preceded in death by her son, Raymond Walters, Jr.; grandparents, Nathan and Frankie Harris, Mr. and Mrs. James V. Sisson.
Survivors include her husband, Steve Gorman of Hampton; father, Wilson Sisson (Jimmie Lynn) of Hampton; mother, Kathy Purifoy of Holly Springs; children, Hailey Gammel (Mathew) of Wilmar, Heather Gorman of Hampton, Justin Gorman (Cassidy) of East Camden; granddaughter, Paisley Gorman of Hampton; sisters, Missy Knight (Jason) of New Edinburg, Krystal Gosvenor (Miles) of Chidester ; step brothers, James Estes of Hampton, David Estes of Fordyce.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Hampton. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Hampton First Assembly of God with Rev. Rickey Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Springs Cemetery. Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce/Hampton. To sign the online register visit www.bentonfuneralhome.net.
