MOUNTAINBURG — Rick Jay Long, 45, of Mountainburg died May 5, 2004, at his home. He was born Dec. 26, 1958, in Compton, Calif., to Jay and Shirley Harderson Long. He was a Navy veteran. He was a musician and an artist.
Survivors include one son, Ryan Long of Johnson; two daughters, Tezar'e Long of Johnson and Heather Long of northern California; two brothers, Mark Long of Lamar and Jim Long of Lincoln; one sister, Deborah Gill of Mountainburg.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Monday at West Fork Cemetery.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Monday at Beard's Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville.
