Karen Ann Johnston, age 50, of Harrell, died Sunday, November 29, 2004, in the Ouachita County Medical Center at Camden.
Born May 23, 1954 at Fordyce, she was a daughter of the late Floyd Hornaday and Betty Bullock Hornaday.
She was a clerk for the Arkansas Revenue Office and a member of the Harrell United Methodist Church.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Kristy Johnston.
Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Johnston of Harrell; one son, Brad Johnston of Harrell; one daughter, Tammy Sanders of Hampton; three brothers, Louis Hornaday of Warren, Gary Hornaday of Fordyce, and Ronnie Hornaday of Fayetteville.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 1, at the Harrell United Methodist Church with Rev. James Lybrand officiating. Burial was in Earnest Cemetery at Hampton by Benton Funeral Home, Inc.
Memorials may be made to the Harrell United Methodist Church.
