On October 14, 2016 our loved one Lena D Turner, became "absent from the body to be present with our Lord", at St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock, AR.
She was born June 18, 1932 in Union County AR, to the union of Antone Dukemasov and Ophia Ritchie Dukemasov.
Mrs. Turner was an independent hard working little lady, she worked for years in retail, spending the last twenty years at Walmart working in the garden center. Her sweet smile and friendly hello will be missed by many of her customers. She considered West Side Baptist Church her Church home. We who were blessed to known her will miss her greatly and cherish her memory.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband , Ray Turner and a brother, Carl L Dukemasov.
Survivors include her sister Louise Moody, a niece, Lisa Daniels, great niece, Robin Seales, great nephew, Blake Daniels, great great niece, Emma Seales, a sister-in-law, Zale Dukemasov, and loving friends that were like family, Melodye Leubner, James and Esther Rapp, Michael and Estelieta Harrison, Ron and Jayme Walton, Drew and Crystal Rapp and their extended family.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 18, 2016, 10:00 a.m. until funeral services at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Bailey Funeral Home, with Rev. Gerald Perry Officiating. Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Ernest Cemetery near Tinsman, AR under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, El Dorado.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to UCAPS, 1000 Sunset Road, El Dorado, AR 71730, or charity of the donors choice.
