*History: Old Cotham and Old Gilliam Cemeteries are reported to be the same and they do join. At one time there was a school locat3d here with a thriving community. The school was called the Cotham Schoolhouse, thus the cemetery was called the same, although there were more Gilliams buried there. Around 1979-1980, Bobby Gilliam acquired a deed from Georgi Pacific for the land that the cemetery is on and the deed calls it the Gilliam Cemetery.
