Lozel Hartsol Harden, 76, of Altus, Arkansas, died, Monday, May 20, 2013 in Altus.

He was a retired Security Manager at Burns Security. He was a member of Eagles in Altus.

He was born April 15, 1937 in Hunt, Arkansas to Daniel Albert and Ivy Estel Blaylock Harden.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Albert Lee Harden.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, May 24, 2013 at Jackson Cemetery in Ozark, Arkansas, under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.

He is survived by his wife, Ethel Smith Harden, of Altus; three daughters, Lorma Rackler of Tallahoma, Tennessee, Darlene Ailstock of Coal Hill, Arkansas and Winona Roberts of Beebe, Arkansas; four sons, Robert Harden of Altus, Darrell Harden of Ozark, James Harden of Paris, Arkansas and Christopher Harden of Fort Smith, Arkansas; one sister, Ollie Askins of Ozark; thirteen grandchildren and twenty five great grandchildren.

Birtie Ethel Harden of Altus, Arkansas, died Sunday, May 27, 2018 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

She was a retired LPN for Ozark Nursing Home in Ozark and a member of Paris Freewill Baptist Church and Hunt Gospel Tabernacle. She was born July 17, 1941 in Branch, Arkansas to Robert Bert and Iva William Helen Bell Morrow Smith. Ethel was preceded in death by her husband, Smokey Harden; her parents; a son, Albert Harden; two brothers, Roger and Richard Smith.

Ethel is survived by three daughters, Lorma Rackler of Tullahoma, Tenn., Darlene Ailstock of Coal Hill, Arkansas, and Winona Roberts of Alexander, Arkansas; four sons, Robert and Darrell Harden both of Ozark, James Harden of Clarksville, Arkansas; and Chris Harden of Overland Park, Kansas; and twenty grandchildren, fifty one great grandchildren, and sixteen great-great grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held 10:30 AM Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Jackson Cemetery with Brother John Hodge officiating under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.
