Gladys McSpadden Weaver, 75, of Weiner departed this life Monday, January 2, 2012 at White County Medical Center.
She was a member of Midway Church of Christ and enjoyed her family, sewing, crocheting, traveling, cooking and the Community Center.
Mrs. Weaver was preceded in death by her first husband, Wayne Harrington; parents, Gordon and Ruth (Medlock) McSpadden; one brother, Doyle McSpadden; one sister, Charlotte Posey.
Her survivors are her husband, Jerry Weaver of Weiner; two brothers, Gene McSpadden (Louise) of Bradford, Donald McSpadden (Sada) of Bradford; two sisters, Mary Lou Kimberling (Larry) of Evansville, Indiana, Glenda Tuttle (Kent) of Bradford; uncle, Ray McSpadden of Bradford; aunt, Mayme Knappel of Horse Shoe Bend; several special nieces, nephews and a host of cousins,
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 5, 2012 at Dillinger Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will be in Smith Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, January 4, 2012.
Officiating will be Llano Robinson.
Pallbearers will be Gary Walker, Jerry Carlew, Donald Howard, David Howard, Rick Howard and Jason Howard.
Honorary Pallbearers will be David McSpadden, Michael McSpadden, Bobby Walls and Zachary Wesson
