John Christian, age 98, of Camden, died February 24, 2016 at the Ouachita County Medical Center. He was a World War II Army Veteran. He is preceded in death by his wife, Imogene Christian; daughter, Johnette Green; and brother, Bonnie Christian. He is survived by his daughter, Marilyn Hancock and husband, Gary of Sulphur Springs, TX; grandsons, Stephen Hancock of Greenville, TX, and Mike Green of Camden; granddaughters, Susan Green of Camden and Jennifer Gann and husband, Brandon of Josephine, TX; son-in-law, Billy Green of Camden; great-grandson, Spencer Green of Camden and great-granddaughters, Allie Gann and Kendal Gann both of Josephine, TX.
The family would like to say a special thank you to Dr. Dan Martin, Silver Oaks Nursing and Rehab, and the Ouachita County Medical Center and 300 Wing.
Graveside service will be 10:00 AM Saturday at Memorial Park Cemetery. Bro. John Burleson will officiate the service. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the local CASA, P. O. Box 946, Fordyce, AR 71742.
