Clarissa Jane Williams, 71, of Altus, Arkansas died Saturday, April 6, 2019 in Fort Smith, AR. She was a retired CNA with Ozark Nursing Home. She was born July 24, 1947 in Junction City, Kansas to Amos Hoffman and Henrietta West. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Jackie Webb.
Clarissa is survived by her husband, Billy G. Williams of Altus; brother, Dave Budden of Altus; three sons, Amos Carter of Alix, Billy Ray Williams and wife Sherri of Altus, and Duane Williams of Altus; daughter Gina Fleming of Altus; grandchildren, Davin Carter, Akira Carter, Alexis Siam, Lyndi Williams, Seth Williams, Ethan Williams, J.T. Williams, Brendan Hester, Cali Hester; and two great grandchildren, Kenzie Haynes and Annelise Whorton.
Family will visit with friends from 6 PM to 8 PM Tuesday April 9th at Shaffer Funeral Home, 2315 West Commercial in Ozark.
The Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, April 10th at Shaffer Chapel under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home with Brother J.D. Ellison officiating. Burial will be at Houston Cemetery.
