Mrs. Minnie C. Ray, 92, Springdale, died March 26 in a Bentonville nursing home. Born Feb. 9, 1885, at Scranton, Kan., she was the daughter of James and Alice Parker Stites and a member of Clifty Christian Church.
Survivors include two sons, Gene Ray, Springdale, and Clarence Ray, Lowell; five daughters, Mrs. Clara Combs, Lowell, Mrs. Edna Hooton, Springdale, Mrs. Frances White, Bella Vista, Mrs. Ada Leibl, Loyal, Okla., and Mrs. Freda Herron, Bentonville; two sisters, Mrs. Edna Andrews, Hawthorne, Calif., and Mrs. Alma Bishop, Scott City, Kan.; 18 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Callison Funeral Home, Rogers, with the Rev. Lee Norman officiating. Burial will be in Rogers Cemetery under the direction of Callison.
