Addie M. Blankenship, 90, of Reyno died at Five Rivers Medical Center.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Blankenship; son, Charles Wilson of Maryland; sister, Wanda Cashion of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Lisa Ghee and Jon Wilson, both of Maryland, and Cynthia Mudd of New Jersey; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband and four brothers.
Services was held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with Darrell Fears officiating.
