February 15, 1928 - July 25, 2019
Gertrude “Gertmaw” Primm, 92, of Louann, passed away Thursday, July 25, 2019 at Timberlane Health and Rehab in El Dorado. She was born October 9, 1926 to Ira Walter and Eleanor Stinnett Griffin in Norphlet, AR.
She retired from El Do Craft Boat Company and was a member of First Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Smackover. Preceding her in death are her parents; husband of 40 years, Richard James Primm; daughter, Linda Primm; son, Ricky Don Primm; and three brothers, Bill Griffin, Paul Griffin, and Walter Griffin.
Survivors include her two daughters, Wanda Kay Brazeale (David) of Louann, Daphne Gibbons (Les) of El Dorado; a son, James Roy Primm (Patsy) of Longview, TX; ten grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; and six great, great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Saturday, July 27, 2019 at Young’s.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 28, 2019 in Young’s chapel with Bro. Lonnie Smith and Bro. Nathan Dupree officiating. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Park under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
Memorials may be made to the First Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Smackover.
