Mrs. Mertie Skinner Feagins, age 89, of Texarkana, Arkansas, died Tuesday, May 21, 2019, in a local retirement center.
Mrs. Feagins was born November 19, 1929, in Texarkana, Arkansas and had lived in Texarkana all of her life. She was a member of Beech Street First Baptist Church and was a Homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert (Bob) Feagins, and a son Bruce Feagins.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Janet and Nolan Bryant of Havana, Arkansas, five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 11:00 A. M. Saturday with Randy Thomas officiating.
Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
