Springdale — Mrs. Susan Rosetta Bowlin, 64, of Route 2, Springdale, died today in a Fort Smith hospital. Born Jan. 2, 1905 at Spring Valley, the daughter of Oscar and Mae Sutherland Davis. she was a Baptist.
Survivors are the husband, Monzell Bowlin of the home; seven sons, William of Fayetteville and Robert Gordon (Jinks), Winfred (Buck), Sterling, Calaway (Duck) and Keith, all of Springdale; five daughters, Mrs. Clarence Baker, Mrs. Otis Oxford, Mrs. Paul D. Sisemore, Mrs. Elvon Wolfe and Mrs. Richard Pitts, all of Springdale; five brothers, Duard Davis of Gleed, Wash., Ernest Davis or Olivet, Kan., Carroll Davis and Darrell Davis, both of Indiu, Calif. and Robert Davis of Hindsville; three sisters, Mrs. Ethel Lawson of Springdale, Mrs. Erven Artman of Hindsville and Mrs. Grace Bolin of Clifty: 48 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Arrangements will be announced by Sisco Funeral Chapel.
