December 16, 1917 - November 13, 1977
Elizabeth Tellie Tunnell, 59, of Junction City died Thursday in a Little Rock hospital. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. today in the chapel of Young's Funeral Home in El Dorado. Burial was in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Ouachita County under the direction of Young's Funeral Home. Mrs. Tunnell was born Dec. 16, 1917 to Milton and Bertha Rogers Ritchie. She was a Baptist. She is survived by her husband, William B. Tunnell of Junction City; one daughter, Mrs. Raymond L. Nordmeyer of Camden; two sons, John William Smith of Pine Bluff and Jimmy Tunnell of the U.S. Army, Ft. Hood, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. Travis Wood of Hope, Mrs. L. Clawson of Smackover; two brothers, B.F. Ritchie of Norphlet and Milton Eugene Ritchie of Griffin, Ga. and five grandchildren. (Camden News - October 17, 1977)
