March 26, 1976 - August 29, 2019
Sara Elizabeth Rains-Hurston age 43 of Ozark, Arkansas passed away Thursday, August 29, 2019. She was born March 28, 1976 at Dallas, Texas. She was an incredible mom, wife, stepmom and friend, she loved the color pink, tutu’s and glitter. God’s love shined through her onto everyone around her. She was a children’s minister of the First United Methodist Church in Marble Falls, Texas and her favorite phrase was “Yay Jesus.” She was preceded in death by her parents, John Harold and Joanne Alston; her grandparents and her aunt, Joyce Hawkins.
Survivors include her five children, Nicole Rains-Phillips, Katelynn Hurston, Nicholas Hurston, Austin Hurston, Tyler Hughes; her ex-husband, Bobby Hurston; one aunt, Phyllis Register and three grandchildren, Cali Hughes, Ryzen Hughes and Cameron Willis.
